Hello! My name is Kim, and I am the owner of Elite Escapes Travel. I'd first like to welcome you to our website and thank you for visiting! Please make yourself comfortable while l tell you a little about myself. I was raised in a very small town in Northeastern Ohio, which I believe sparked my wanderlust and eventually led to my ever-expanding travels across the United States and throughout the world. After high school, I earned my Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology and Business. Immediately after graduation I traveled to Barcelona, Spain and spent two weeks there experiencing the culture and architecture of that beautiful city. I've travelled to Belize, vacationed in the Bahamas, and explored my favorite destination so far, Italy! I visited Rome, the islands of Capri and Ischia (from where I was able to bring home a bottle of perfume which can only be found on Capri, whose recipe was created by a Carthusian monk in 1380). I then spent a week in Tropea, a coastal town in the Calabria region, and saw one of the last few authentic marionette shows in Palermo, Sicily (there are literally only two remaining families who perform these impressive shows). In two weeks I only scratched the surface, and I can't wait to go back!
In April of 2007 I was honored to receive a free Trans-Atlantic cruise from New York City to Southampton, England aboard Cunard Cruise Line's prestigious Queen Mary 2, as a reward for earning the rank of Commodore through Cunard Academy. My most recent trip was to Miami where I explored exciting South Beach and headed a bit north to Hollywood, FL.
I love everything about traveling, the happiness, relaxation, and memories that are created when exploring new destinations and cultures with the people we love, and I get excited every time I plan a vacation for myself or for my clients.
